Long-term Rental Assistance for Youth Program

Established by House Bill 2163, this program invests $4.5 million to establish a long-term rental assistance program for individuals younger than 25 years old transitioning out of foster care, homelessness, behavioral health/treatment facilities, or corrections/detention facilities. The program is administered by the Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) through provider organizations in three pilot areas (urban, rural, and coastal).
