Description
The HOME Tenant-Based Assistance (HTBA) Program, administered by the Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) as a subgrantee program of the federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program, provides subsidies to very low- and low-income families. The funds are used by local providers, such as Community Action Agencies, to stabilize housing by covering refundable security deposits, utility deposits, and monthly rent and utilities for eligible households.
