Down Payment Assistance for Culturally Responsive and Rural Organizations

This program provides grants to nonprofit organizations with the capacity to offer culturally responsive homeownership support or serve rural communities. The purpose is to increase opportunities for generational wealth building through homeownership for historically underserved communities, including people of color, Tribes, veterans, and those on lower incomes. The funds are then passed through to qualifying individual homebuyers as down payment assistance.
