Description
The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Risk Mitigation Pool (RMP) was created in 2023 by the Oregon State Legislature to reimburse current PSH property owners for operational costs and physical damages beyond normal wear and tear, with a total of $4 million available. The goal is to decrease insurance claims and provide stability to OHCS' PSH portfolio.
