The Rent Guarantee Program (RGP) provides incentives and financial assistance to landlords who rent to low-income households by guaranteeing payments for unpaid rent, eviction costs, and property damage. Landlords can submit a request for reimbursement for unpaid rent and damages if a tenant vacates or is evicted due to non-compliance within the first 12 months of occupancy.
