The federal Title V Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Services Block Grant Program is managed by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Bureau of Maternal, Child, and Family Health (BMCFH). The program aims to ensure the health and well-being of all mothers, children, and youth, including those with special healthcare needs, and their families in Ohio. It supports over thirty-four programs within the BMCFH and funds programs addressing Lead Poisoning Prevention, Primary Care and Rural Health, and Violence and Injury Prevention.
