Description
This program is a state budget line item (GRF 440431) administered by the Ohio Department of Health to support safety net health services. Funds are channeled through the Charitable Healthcare Network to reimburse free clinics across the state for providing uncompensated care. The funds can also be used by the clinics for administrative services, information technology costs, infrastructure repair, and other essential clinic necessities. Up to 5% of the appropriation may be used by ODH for administrative costs.
