Description

The goal of this SBIR Research Topic is to support small businesses in the development of devices and/or materials for administration of HIV-1 bNAb(s) and bNAb derivatives with the end goal of increasing protection from infection. The goal of this contract is to develop an intravaginal ring (IVR) with capsules releasing the long-acting bNAb VRC07-523LS to leverage the phenomenon of muco-trapping, whereby immunoglobulins trap pathogens in mucosal tissues.
