Workforce Innovations for a New Nevada (WINN)

Workforce Innovations for the New Nevada (WINN) is a workforce development training program administered by the Nevada Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED) in coordination with various state agencies and the Nevada System of Higher Education. The program is a commitment to businesses to provide them with skilled employees by engaging industry and educational partners to create, customize, or expand responsive workforce development training opportunities in targeted skill areas, such as advanced manufacturing and technology. Since its inception, WINN has made more than $17 million in strategic investments to enable accelerated on-ramps to high-skill and high-wage jobs for Nevadans.
