Description

The Welcome Home Ohio (WHO) program provides grants and nonrefundable tax credits to increase affordable, owner-occupied housing across the state. It is funded with $91.25 million in grants and $20 million in tax credits through the biennium. The program supports the purchase, rehabilitation, or construction of residential properties for sale to income-restricted residents. Eligible recipients include land banks, county land reutilization corporations, electing subdivisions, and qualified nonprofit developers.
