Description
The Sustainable Infrastructure Planning Projects (SIPP) program provides 100% forgivable loan awards to hire a third party to perform planning activities that promote sustainable water infrastructure. Funding is available up to a maximum of $50,000 per project, with priority given to systems that serve fewer than 300 service connections. Funding is disbursed on a reimbursement basis.
