This program allocates 30% of Oregon's State Opioid Settlement funds, approximately $81 million over 14 years, for investment in prevention, treatment, and recovery strategies to combat the opioid crisis within the Nine Federally Recognized Tribes of Oregon. The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is authorized to disburse these funds.
