Description
The Skills for Small Business grant, administered by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), supports businesses with fewer than 100 employees by funding training for new and incumbent workers. The program provides up to $2000 per new employee and $1000 per incumbent employee for training provided by a local public community or technical college. The business selects the courses to customize training to their needs.
