Description
The Rural Industrial Park Loan Program (RIPL) is established under Ohio R.C. 122.24 to promote economic development in rural areas of Ohio by providing low-interest direct loans and loan guarantees for the development and improvement of industrial parks and related off-site public infrastructure. The program is administered by the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD).
