Description
The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Program's objective is to expand Oregon's supply of affordable housing designed to serve households experiencing chronic homelessness. It offers three funding components—Capital (Loan), Project-Based Rental Assistance, and Services Funding—all accessed through the always-open Oregon Centralized Application (ORCA) process. Projects must utilize project-based rental assistance, offer voluntary on-site comprehensive tenancy support services, and serve households at or below 60% AMI.
