Oregon Community Paths Program

Oregon Department of Transportation

Description

The Oregon Community Paths Program (OCP) is a competitive statewide transportation grant program administered by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). It funds the development, construction, reconstruction, major resurfacing, or other improvements of multiuse paths that are not part of a roadway. The program focuses on two types of projects: Critical Links, which connect essential destinations, and Regional Paths, which connect communities or traverse a single community with a long path. Funding is sourced from the state Multimodal Active Transportation fund and federal Transportation Alternatives Program (TA) funds.
