The Opioid Settlements (Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Fund) is the repository for the State of Oregon's 45% share of national opioid settlement funds, expected to exceed $600 million over 18 years. The funds are allocated by the Opioid Settlement Prevention, Treatment and Recovery (OSPTR) Board to statewide and regional programs for evidence-based or evidence-informed prevention, treatment, and recovery strategies for opioid use disorder and other behavioral health issues.
