Description

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is predicted to be the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths by 2030 with a 5-year overall survival rate is only about 13%. For the majority of PDAC patients with metastatic PC, the current standard of care is systemic chemotherapy, which only extends survival by a few months.
