Description
The Oregon Multifamily Energy Program (OR-MEP), administered by Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS), provides cash incentives and technical assistance for energy-efficient design and upgrades in new and existing affordable multifamily rental properties across Oregon. The program aims to reduce the energy burden for residents by supporting measures like high-efficiency heating, water heating, and whole-building retrofits. Incentives are capped at $200,000 per project.
