Description

Provides rebates for converting existing non-residential buildings to housing (reuse) and building space-efficient housing, to reduce embodied carbon. The program is funded by the Climate Equity and Resilience Through Action (CERTA) grant and aims to support the development of 940 new lower-embodied carbon housing units.
