Land & Building Acquisition Program

The Land & Building Acquisition grant program, administered by the Illinois DCEO, provides funding to bolster the state's economy, promote a clean environment, and improve the overall quality of life. It supports entities receiving funding via lump sum appropriations, including nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations, and government entities, for bondable costs associated with the acquisition of land and/or buildings.
