Careful selection and quality production of immunogens are essential for achiving the goals of the PlanB consortium. The Scientific Core 2 (Immunogen and Reagent Core) will provide the necessary expertise to select and produce high quality immunogens and immunological reagents needed for Project 1 through 4 in order to induce durably serum neutralization and memory B cell responses.
