Description
The Housing Stabilization Program (HSP) provides short-term (4 months) benefits to low-income families who are receiving a state Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) grant and are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Funds are allocated by Oregon Housing and Community Services to community action agencies statewide to cover housing-related costs, case management, and program delivery costs.
