Description
The Homeownership Development Incubator Program (HDIP) provides flexible funding, including grants and loans, to developers and organizations to increase the supply of affordable, non-shared equity homes for low- to moderate-income Oregonians. The program aims to address local housing needs, promote homeownership for underrepresented communities, and build the capacity of emerging, culturally specific, and Tribal housing development organizations.
