Description
The Florida Capital Access Program (FL CAP) is a pooled loan insurance program under the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI). It provides matching dollars to establish loan loss reserve funds with participating private lenders, which encourages them to originate loans to Florida-based small businesses, including those owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, that may not otherwise have access to capital.
