Description
Formula-based, non-competitive disbursement of 45% of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Trust Fund to each county's Board of County Commissioners. The purpose is to improve and expand prehospital emergency medical services and enhance prehospital care within the county's jurisdiction. Funds are distributed quarterly and do not require a grant application or reporting to the Department of Health.
