FAST NY Shovel-Ready Grant Program - Track C (Capital Infrastructure Improvements)

The FAST NY Shovel-Ready Grant Program, administered by Empire State Development (ESD), provides up to $300 million in capital grants (Track C) to fund infrastructure improvements for existing, mature sites across New York State. The goal is to enhance site readiness to attract large employers, particularly in high-tech manufacturing (including semiconductors), clean-tech renewable energy, and interstate distribution/logistics. Track C awards are competitive and require substantial completion of FAST NY Shovel-Ready certification requirements. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
