Epigenomics Core

National Cancer Institute

Description

(Epigenomics Core) The Projects of this Program include research strategies involving a variety of genome-wide profiling assays of cancer cell epigenomes and transcriptomes at bulk and single-cell resolution. They also require the use of sophisticated analysis approaches to separate the signal from the noise, extract biological information, and integrate data across experiments and projects. The primary objective of the Epigenomics Core is to support the P01 Projects with expertise in epigenetic profiling and analysis. The specific aims of the Epigenomics Core achieve this by providing the Program with the key experimental and computational capabilities required to meet Project Number: 1P01CA295524-01 | Fiscal Year: 2025 | NIH Institute/Center: National Cancer Institute (NCI) | Principal Investigator: Henry Long | Institution: DANA-FARBER CANCER INST, BOSTON, MA | Award Amount: $394,295 | Activity Code: P01 | Study Section: Special Emphasis Panel[ZCA1 RPRB-M (O1)] View on NIH RePORTER: https://reporter.nih.gov/project-details/1P01CA29552401
