Conference: Conference on Representations of Finite Groups and Related Structures

This project supports the conference “Representations of Finite Groups and Related Structures,” to be held from August 3 to August 6, 2026, at the University of California, Santa Cruz. The conference will bring together researchers at different career stages, including graduate students, early-career mathematicians, and established experts, to share ideas and foster collaboration. Representation theory plays a central role in modern mathematics and has connections to areas such as number theory, geometry, and mathematical physics. By supporting the participation of early career researchers and individuals with limited access to travel funding, the conference will help build a more expansive and connected research community.
