Conference: CICI PI Meeting 2026

This award supports a May 2026 Principal Investigator (PI) meeting for the NSF Cybersecurity Innovation for CyberInfrastrcture (CICI) program. The meeting, hosted at the UCLA campus, brings together current CICI awardees, NSF program officers, and key stakeholders from the scientific cyberinfrastructure community. The event includes keynote presentations by leaders in cybersecurity for scientific infrastructure, panel discussions of key topics, and the opportunity for all CICI awardees to present their work as part of poster sessions. Key outcomes for the PI Meeting include an opportunity for NSF to review progress on current awards, information exchange that will allow existing awards to make relevant changes to address evolving threats, coordination between related awards in order to better protect overall scientific infrastructure, and help inform NSF on how to evolve and improve the CICI program.
