CDBG Public Infrastructure

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) – Public Infrastructure program, administered by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (IDCEO), provides funding to local governments for the construction, acquisition, demolition, and rehabilitation of drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater facilities. Projects must address a threat to public health and safety, with an emphasis on serving communities with substantial low-to-moderate-income populations.
