Description
The Brownfield Properties Revitalization Fund (BPRF) is a forgivable loan program administered by Business Oregon to reimburse private owners and operators for up to 50% of eligible costs, not to exceed $250,000, for removal or remedial actions at contaminated or perceived-to-be-contaminated brownfield sites. The program aims to promote sustainable redevelopment, especially in rural or distressed communities.
