Description
The Appalachian Local Access Road program provides matching funds for preliminary engineering, right-of-way purchase, and initial construction of eligible access road projects within Ohio's 32 Appalachian counties. The program's goal is to stimulate economic development and create or retain jobs by improving transportation access to businesses, communities, education centers, and the Appalachian Development Highway System.
