The CIRI Foundation is a nonprofit organization associated with the Cook Inlet Region, Inc., serving the educational needs of CIRI original enrollees and their direct lineal descendants. The Foundation awards scholarships and grants for post-secondary formal education, including undergraduate, graduate, and vocational studies. Beyond scholarships and grants, The CIRI Foundation also funds various cultural heritage projects designed to preserve and enhance the heritage of the Alaska Native peoples.
