W91237-25-D-0001 Title Evidence Services for West Virginia

The Huntington District Corps of Engineers awards an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Title Evidence Services for the State of West Virginia with emphasis on the counties of McDowell and Cabell. The Performance Period will be a base period of twelve (12) months with four additional option periods each consisting of twelve (12) months. The total contract period will equal five (5) years. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Commercial Service type contract with a not-to-exceed amount of $1,500,000.00 over the entire contract period.
