The Contractor shall meet the general standards to be considered responsible under FAR 9.104. The Contractor shall provide evidence of being capable of complying with CNMI (Marianas) import and bio-security standards if aggregate is intended to be sourced from outside the CNMI. This notice shall remain active for the duration of the Agreement's life to allow for interested vendors to submit their interest. Understand that submitting interest does not guarentee award of an Agreement.
