The Department of Financial Services, Division of Criminal Investigations, intends to enter into an agreement with Thermo Fisher North America LLC to procure maintenance and repair services for Analytical Laboratory Instrumentation by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than July 2, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. (ET). If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from the single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid Systems, notice of its intended decision to enter into agreement with said vendor pursuant to section 120.57 (3) F.S.
