The Solicitation was issued as a Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside on Federal Business Opportunities. Five (5) proposals were received and considered timely. The Basis of the Award was determined by a Source Selection Evaluation Team (SSET) that evaluated Technical Capabilities, Past Performance, and Price when combined, are more important than price for the purposes of determining the best value to the Government.
