Notice of Tentative Acquisition Strategy F/A-18 COMS and CIS FTSS V

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), in accordance with FAR 16.505 (b)(1), intends to provide fair opportunity for award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS V Lot 1 for Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contactor Instructional Services (CIS) at NAS Oceana, MCAS Beaufort, MCAS Miramar, NAS Lemoore, NAS Whidbey Island and MCAS Iwakuni. The period of performance is anticipated to be 60 months, inclusive of two (2) months mobilization and one (1) 7-month base year with three (3) 12-month options and one (1) five (5)-month option. Start of contractor performance (Mobilization) is anticipated to be 01 March 2026. The government believes that there are reasonable sub-contracting opportunities and has set a subcontracting with small business goal of 8%.
