Naval Base San Diego Base Operations Support Contract

This solicitation is a total Small Business set-aside for Base Operations Support Services at Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) and outlying areas in San Diego, California. The resulting Base Operations Support Contract (BOSC) will be a firm-fixed-price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a combination of recurring and non-recurring services associated with the following annexes and sub-annexes: Port Operations; Supply Services; Facility Investment; Custodial; Pest Control; Integrated Solid Waste Management; Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping; Pavement Clearance; Base Support Vehicles and Equipment; and Environmental.
