N0025325GE0001 - Educational Service Agreement

Education Service Agreement (ESA) with The Pennsylvania State University. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport, has awarded a sole source ESA to The Pennsylvania State University. Under DFARS Subpart 237.72, the Government has established an agreement for the provision of educational services by the Contractor to Government personnel at the Contractor's main campus. The Contractor will deliver instruction through their standard course offerings available to enrolled students. The university or college educational services will align with academic degree programs or courses authorized under NUWC Division, Keyport's Academic Development Program. These educational services must primarily focus on addressing identified knowledge gaps and emerging educational requirements necessary to promote and improve NUWC Division, Keyport's Mission, Strategic Plan, technical/business priorities. The agreement is for commercial education services. Justification and Approval attached for Other than Full and Open Competition.
