Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) For General Repair and Construction at Department Of Homeland Security (DHS) Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP)

This contract action was not awarded competitively. It was solicited to a single source in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program). This contract consists of one Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) in support of renovation, repair, and new construction requirements in the Mobile District's area of responsibility. This SATOC is intended to provide for a full range of construction, repairs and design/build construction task orders for general construction primarily supporting the work to be performed for the Department of Homeland Security�s (DHS) Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) at the Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) in Anniston, Alabama.
