On September 19, 2025, the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center issued a Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order 36C10B25N00090002 under Contract 36C10B25D0009 to One Phoenix Solutions. This is a sole source Task Order to One Phoenix Solutions under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 4106(c)(4) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 16.505(b)(2)(i)(D), entitled "It is necessary to place an order to satisfy a minimum guarantee." In accordance with FAR 5.301(d)(1), this notification is being issued to provide the redacted Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity for this effort.
