ACISS Software Support and Maintenance

THIS IS NOT A BID The Department of Financial Services (Department), Division of Criminal Investigations (Division), needs to purchase ACISS software support and maintenance services for the Department’s use through the Division. These services will provide a continuation of the case management system to track/store information relating to our criminal investigations. ACISS is the database currently used by the Division. Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than June 26, 2026, at 2:30 PM (ET). If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Information Portal, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
